Our radar production base was founded in 2022. The founding team has deep expertise in the radar and electronic countermeasures field with more than 10 years of practical industry experience. We hold the Weapon Quality Management System Certification of GJB9001C-2017. Leveraging artificial intelligence technology, we integrate multiple technologies including radar detection, photoelectric identification, reconnaissance and jamming, and build a comprehensive and accurate positioning product layout covering land, sea, air and space.

Covering a total area of 2,000 square meters, the production base is capable of precision micro-assembly processing, sub-assembly and welding processing, SMT electronic assembly processing, as well as product testing and manufacturing. Among them, the production workshop spans 1,000 square meters and is equipped with 2 complete micro-assembly production lines, 1 traditional manual module production line, 1 fully automatic SIP ceramic package assembly line and 2 SMT surface mount production lines. It also houses Class 1,000 and Class 10,000 clean rooms for microelectronic assembly production, with a full range of equipment including automatic/semi-automatic die bonders, automatic/manual wire bonders, laser/parallel seam welders, SMT pick-and-place machines, bonding equipment, helium mass spectrometer leak detectors, high-precision micromanipulators, as well as X-Ray, push-pull force and AOI testing equipment. With the capability to cover the entire production process of military microelectronic products, the base has an annual production capacity of more than 5,000 sets of module assemblies and 1 million SIP packages. We focus on technological research and development in radar, electronic countermeasures, signal processing and other key fields.
