25km 360° Surveillance Radar | Full Airspace Coverage & Multi-Target Tracking for Low-Altitude Security

This product is an air defense radar produced by our company. The radar is a three coordinate all solid state, fully coherent, active two-dimensional phase scanning system. The working frequency band is X-band, and the whole machine adopts modular and all solid state design to ensure equipment reliability. The equipment is used for high-speed target detection, tracking, and positioning. In addition to meeting stiffness and strength indicators, the design also considers the layout, installation, wiring, cooling, and other requirements of a large number of electronic devices.

1. Outstanding System and Frequency Band Advantages: Adopting a two-dimensional active phased array (2D AESA) system, it features faster beam switching speed and stronger anti-jamming capability compared to traditional mechanically scanned radars. Meanwhile, operating in the X-band, it combines high angular resolution and target identification capability, making it suitable for short-to-medium-range precision detection scenarios.
2. Flexible Combination of Scanning Modes: Innovatively integrates the "electronic scanning + mechanical scanning" dual-mode. Electronic scanning enables rapid beam agility within a small range, meeting the demand for fast tracking of key targets; mechanical scanning achieves 360° azimuth and 0°-90° elevation full-airspace coverage, balancing "rapid response" and "full-domain monitoring" requirements.
3. Targeted Detection Performance: Boasts excellent detection capability for low-RCS (Radar Cross-Section) targets. It achieves a detection range of ≥8km for targets with RCS=0.01m² (close to stealth targets or small UAVs) and ≥25km for targets with RCS=1m² (conventional small targets). With a range blind zone of only 240m, it effectively covers short-to-medium-range low-detectability targets.
4. Miniaturized and Lightweight Design: The front-end equipment has dimensions of ≤686mm*411mm*145mm and a weight of ≤55kg. Compared with AESA radars of similar performance, it is more compact and lightweight, facilitating integration into volume-and-weight-sensitive scenarios such as vehicle-mounted platforms, shipborne systems, and short-range air defense platforms.
5. High-Efficiency Target Processing: A single radar can simultaneously track ≥200 target batches. Combined with a transmit power of 256W, it efficiently handles dense multi-target environments (e.g., UAV swarms, multi-batch low-altitude targets) in short-to-medium-range scenarios, meeting the needs of complex battlefield or security applications.

Dual Assurance of Full-Airspace Coverage and Rapid Response: Mechanical scanning ensures seamless (no-blind-spot) monitoring, while electronic scanning addresses the "slow beam switching" shortcoming of traditional mechanical scanning radars. When facing sudden targets (e.g., low-altitude penetration targets), its response speed is far faster than that of pure mechanically scanned radars, improving target acquisition probability.
2. Low-RCS Target Detection Capability Aligns with Current Demands: As threats from low-detectability targets (such as small UAVs and stealth targets) grow, this radar still achieves a detection range of ≥8km for targets with RCS=0.01m². Compared with radars of the same class that can only detect targets with RCS=1m², it has stronger applicability in scenarios such as low-altitude security and short-range air defense.
3. High Integration Reduces Deployment Threshold: The miniaturized and lightweight design significantly reduces requirements for deployment platforms. It can be installed without large carriers, enabling rapid deployment in areas such as borders, airports, and key venues with "plug-and-play" convenience, while lowering transportation and maintenance costs.
4. Balance Between Multi-Target Processing and Precision: On the basis of its capability to track ≥200 target batches, it still maintains high precision (azimuth/elevation ≥0.8°, range ≥20m). It can not only cope with dense multi-target scenarios but also provide accurate target coordinate guidance for subsequent interception weapons (e.g., short-range surface-to-air missiles, anti-aircraft guns), enhancing combat/defense efficiency.
5. Significant Cost-Effectiveness Advantage: With a transmit power of 256W that matches short-to-medium-range detection needs, it avoids the high energy consumption and high costs of high-power radars. At the same time, the performance advantages of the 2D AESA system outperform traditional mechanically scanned radars, achieving an optimal balance among "performance-cost-energy consumption" and being suitable for mass deployment.
