Chongqing Leikan Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, production and international trade of radar and anti-UAV technologies. We have established in-depth strategic cooperative relationships with top military research institutes under China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC) and Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), and jointly participated in key projects such as the R&D of border early warning radars and supporting R&D of airborne phased array radars.

We are committed to providing customers with comprehensive low-altitude defense solutions through high-end equipment and creating sustainable value for them. We have delivered low-altitude defense solutions to numerous customers worldwide and gained their wide recognition.

The company is dedicated to providing global customers with high-performance, high-reliability radar products and customized solutions, with its business scope covering civil, commercial and special application fields. We offer a diverse range of proprietary products, including handheld detection devices, fixed automatic protection systems, vehicle-mounted automatic protection systems, radar systems, anti-UAV systems, etc. We also provide low-altitude radar products operating on various frequency bands, truly building impenetrable defense solutions for users. Relying on core algorithms jointly developed with military research institutes and aerospace-grade manufacturing processes, our products feature high detection accuracy and strong anti-interference capability. All products have passed the stringent verification of GJB (National Military Standard), and their quality stability has been tested in actual national defense projects, enabling them to meet the diverse needs of countries and regions around the world.

III. Technical Strength and Innovation Capability

The company boasts an independent R&D team led by experts with military industry backgrounds, and has jointly built laboratories with military research institutes such as the 39th Research Institute of CETC and the Lightning Research Institute of AVIC to conduct joint research on core technologies including radar anti-interference and high-frequency signal transmission. Up to now, we have obtained more than 20 technical patents and software copyrights in total. The company has successfully realized the transformation and application of high-standard military radar technologies to civil and commercial fields. The launched anti-UAV radar systems have been successfully applied in border security projects of many countries, with their technical level reaching the international leading standard and complying with the access requirements of the global market.

We provide global customers with full-cycle after-sales services, including 24/7 technical consultation, on-site installation and commissioning, annual maintenance and overhaul, as well as rapid supply of spare parts, to ensure the long-term stable operation of products. 1.We provide professional OEM/ODM customization services to deliver market-leading optimal solutions for you.

2.Factory visits and on-site product testing are available prior to purchase.

3.Products damaged due to non-human factors can be returned or replaced within 30 days of receipt.

4.Multi-channel after-sales support: We offer diverse service modes including phone support, video conferencing, and on-site technical support (subject to eligibility criteria).

5.All our products are certified with CE, FCC and REACH, fully complying with international quality and safety standards. Our detection radars and anti-drone systems have gained widespread recognition in the global market for their stable performance and regulatory compliance.

6.Multiple cargo transportation options are available, covering sea freight, land transport, multimodal transport, as well as express/parcel delivery via DHL, FedEx, postal networks and other carriers. You may also designate your preferred freight forwarder for shipment arrangements.

7.Prior to delivery, all equipment undergoes more than ten comprehensive qualification tests and on-site simulation tests to ensure it is ready for immediate operation.

8.We can provide official inspection and test reports for all types of products.

Beijing Leikan Technology Co., Ltd.

Founded in 2017, the core founding team of Beijing Leikan Technology Co., Ltd. has over 12 years of in-depth experience in the aerospace and national defense technology fields. We have successfully delivered customized projects to clients across Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, serving a diverse customer base including military contractors and agricultural technology enterprises.

Leveraging our mature R&D capabilities, a stable and reliable supply chain system, and profound accumulation in niche segments such as long-range surveillance radars, anti-UAV systems and industrial inspection UAVs, we are committed to providing our partners with more flexible, cost-effective and cutting-edge solutions. All of this stems from our solid industry practice and robust technical expertise.

Development Milestones

2017: Passed the quality management system certification in compliance with the GJB9001C-2017 standard; Established a strategic partnership with the Institute of Optical and Electronic Radar, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), and became the No.101 Base of the institute.

2018: Obtained the certification of "Chengdu Military-Civil Integration Enterprise (Unit)"; Secured 9 utility model patent certificates and 7 computer software copyright registration certificates.

2019: Accredited as a High-Tech Enterprise.

2020: Gained the Class II Secrecy Qualification Certificate for Weapon and Equipment Research and Production Units, and was awarded the title of Eagle Enterprise; Our products were exported to more than 10 countries including Pakistan and Singapore.

2021: Completed the renewal of military-related qualifications, and launched the layout of civil security business and overseas markets; Set up branch offices in Dalian and Nanjing, as well as a Chongqing office.

2022: Certified as a Provincial-level Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Enterprise.

2023: Accredited as a Provincial-level Gazelle Enterprise.

2024: Obtained the qualification certification of Equipment Manufacturing Unit for Weapon and Equipment.

Team

Our company currently has over 60 employees. All core team members are graduates of renowned universities and have deep expertise in the professional manufacturing sector of the industry, with 90% holding bachelor's degrees or above. We have a team of engineers and senior engineers with more than a decade of experience in R&D and production of electronic and communication products and systems, who boast profound practical professional experience in the industry.

Senior Engineer

He graduated from Shandong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s degree and holds the professional title of Senior Engineer.

2007: Served as Project Manager for the TD-SCDMA network commissioning project at a mobile communication company
2013: Served as Project Manager for the PTN core network project at a power group
2019: Served as Senior Engineer for the S-band radar project at a Coast Guard Bureau

Chen Jinlong

Chief Designer

He graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China with a Master’s degree and holds the professional title of Researcher-level Senior Engineer.

1988-2002: Worked as a Process Engineer at Factory 102, Institute 7 of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation
2003-2011: Engaged in military radar R&D at the 10th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, and successively served as the Chief Designer/Deputy Chief Designer for five projects, devoting himself to the R&D of both military and civil radars.

He graduated from Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) with a Master’s degree.
